As from May 2011 all new homes being built, and all existing homes undergoing a significant extension or renovation in Australia must meet the Building Code of Australia 2010 thermal performance requirements. For most states this means a minimum energy rating of 6 Stars. Surfcoast TPER offers a comprehensive service with a fast turnaround at a fixed price. Upon receiving all the required information your compliance certificate will be issued within 2 working days. Our reports are sent electronically.

Fixed flat rate
We guarantee a fixed price to meet your project's required star rating. If your initial design does not meet minimum energy rating we will provide additional reports to reflect design changes needed at no extra cost to you, assuming no structural or major changes to your plans.
